Chocolate Cherry Cake
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together until moist, then mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in 13x9 inch pan (greased and floured) at 350° for 45 minutes. Frost with chocolate cherry cake icing. Chocolate Cherry Cake Icing
About 5 minutes before cake is done, melt margarine with milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix until smooth. Spread over hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Submitted by: Trudie Stroud |
