Parmesan Oven Fried Chicken (Lo-Cal)
Preparation: Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing, dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 12 x 9 inch pan, coated with Pam. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
