Welcome to our website, please, take a moment and look through all of our pages and utilize our ministries.  My hope is that you will be blessed as you gain a glimpse of the dynamic church that First Assembly has become. 

First Assembly of God was birthed in a tent revival in May of 1945.  Through the years the church has maintained a healthy outlook and a heart of expectancy.  For nearly twelve years I've been privileged to be the senior pastor of this Assembly.  We've become a diverse congregation that adequately represents the various intellectual, social, gender and economic strata of our community.  We are racially integrated and have ministries to age groups from infants through seniors.

Recently, we've developed a vision statement which declares that we are "a people of clear vision".  This statement qualifies our clarity of doctrine, structure and purpose.  We have not allowed traditions nor inhibitions to choke the flow of God's Spirit and blessings.  We are a progressive church that is actively searching for new and innovative approaches to propagate an ancient Gospel.
