Tasty Chicken Dumpling

1 chicken, boiled & deboned Dumplings:
1 medium onion, chopped 1- 1/2 cup broth, cooled
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped 1 -1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 - 1/2 cup self rising flour
1 can cream of celery soup  

Preparation:

Boil chicken with pepper and onion; debone chicken.  Cool 1 - 1/2 cups of broth.  Add chicken and soup to pot of broth.

Dumplings:

Mix all purpose flour and self rising flour.  Add cooled broth and mix until flour is moistened.  Pour out onto a floured surface and roll real thin.  Drop into hot boiling broth.  Do Not Stir . Push dumplings down into broth with the back of large spoon.  *Don't work these dumplings too much or they will be tough.
