Venison Stroganoff
| 1-1/2 lbs. venison steak, sliced | 1/2 cup onion, chopped |
| 1/4 cup flour | 1 can beef broth |
| 1/4 cup butter | 1 cup sour cream |
| 1 cup mushrooms, drained | noodles |
Preparation:
Flour and brown meat in skillet. Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly. Add beef broth. Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Gradually add the sour cream and cook 5 minutes over low heat. Serve over noodles.
