Venison Stroganoff

1-1/2 lbs. venison steak, sliced 1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour 1 can beef  broth
1/4 cup butter 1 cup sour cream
1 cup mushrooms, drained noodles

Preparation:

Flour and brown meat in skillet.  Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly.  Add beef broth.  Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.  Gradually add the sour cream and cook 5 minutes over low heat.  Serve over noodles.
