Watergate Salad
| 8 oz. carton cool whip | 1 cup miniature marshmallows |
| 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix | 1 cup nuts, optional |
| 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple w/juice |
Preparation:
Fold dry pudding mix into cool whip. Add pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate.
