Yeast Waffles

2 eggs 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast flour, about 4 cups
2 cups milk  

Preparation:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix with rest of ingredients and beat; batter should be stiff.  Refrigerate overnight.  Do not stir before dipping out.  Batter will keep several days.
