Yeast Waffles
| 2 eggs | 2 Tbsp. sugar |
| 1 tsp. salt | 1/4 cup warm water |
| 1 pkg. dry yeast | flour, about 4 cups |
| 2 cups milk |
Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix with rest of ingredients and beat; batter should be stiff. Refrigerate overnight. Do not stir before dipping out. Batter will keep several days.
